Vintage tone for the modern era. While the tone is decidedly in the PAF camp, an alnico 5 magnet and vacuum wax potting were implemented to work better with the string gauges and amplifiers of today. The overall tone is slightly brighter and more compressed than a true PAF but the low output and airiness are still present.
